REQ : SRE Java  

Experience : 4 + Years

Required skills : L3 Support, Spring Boot, Splunk.

Shifts : 6 AM – 2.30 PM/ 2 PM – 10.30 PM (Shift allowances are provided)

Location – Hyderabad/Gurugram/Pune(Hybrid)

Notice Period – Immediate to 15 Days.

Hiring Mode : FTE

 

Below is the JD

 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Drive triage calls with the stakeholders and give immediate fixes for the production issues.
  • Drive P1/P2 triage calls.
  • Conduct business impact analysis for critical incidents and performance tuning.
  • Set up and fix gaps in the monitoring platforms.
  • Prepare SOPs and set up runbooks for routine issues.

Skills and Experience

  • Mandatory prior experience in L3 production support and leading support projects.
  • Expertise in application monitoring tools like Splunk, Dynatrace, Quantum Metric or Thousand Eyes is desirable.
  • Should be comfortable coding in Java.
  • Experience in Spring boot.
  • Prior experience in setting up dashboards using application performance monitoring (APM) tools like New Relic, AppDynamics, or Blue Triangle.
  • Ability to effectively triage issues in production.
  • Should have experience in maintenance support of the e-commerce domain.
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of incident management and a holistic view of application monitoring setup.
  • Should be open for Shifts.
