Role: SRE Lead
Experience: 6-8 Years
Location: Hyderabad
Must have skills: Site Reliability Engineer, SRE Certification & Banking sector
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Roles & Responsibilities:
- SRE Lead will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our critical banking systems and applications. This role involves overseeing a team of SREs, collaborating with software development and IT operations teams, and implementing best practices to maintain the stability of our banking services.
- Lead a team of SREs, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in their daily tasks.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the SRE team.
- Proven experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of DevOps principles and infrastructure as code (IaC) concepts.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
