Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for payment solutions that aligns with the organization's business objectives and growth plans.
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of technology professionals specialized in payment systems, including payment architects, developers, and compliance experts.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of payment systems, including point-of-sale (POS) systems, online payment gateways, and mobile payment solutions.
- Stay informed about emerging payment technologies (e.g., blockchain, contactless payments) and evaluate their potential for adoption within the organization.
- Stay updated on payment industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring the organization adheres to all relevant standards.
