Description

We are seeking a SharePoint Online Admin to join our team. As a SharePoint Online Admin, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business solutions using SharePoint online. You will play a key role in the administration, maintenance, and support of our SharePoint online environment. Your role will involve working closely with IT teams and business stakeholders to provide support and ensure that SharePoint online is being used effectively to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administration and support for SharePoint online sites and subsites
  • Configure SharePoint online features, including search settings, workflows, and permissions management
  • Develop SharePoint online solutions, including custom forms, lists, workflows, and web parts
  • Troubleshoot issues related to SharePoint online and provide training to end-users
  • Ensure proper backup, recovery and availability of SharePoint online sites and subsites
  • Work with SharePoint online developers to evaluate third-party tools and plugins
  • Collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders to identify and recommend new SharePoint online enhancements and solutions that support business needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 3+ years of experience administering SharePoint online
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint online architecture, taxonomy, and security
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Office 365, and OneDrive
  • Experience with PowerShell for SharePoint online administration
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
