Job Description

As a Personal Shopper & Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and managing various personal shopping tasks and digital marketing activities to drive business growth. Your main responsibilities include:

Personal Shopper:

  1. Understanding Client Needs: Communicating with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and shopping goals.
  2. Personalized Shopping Assistance: Providing personalized shopping recommendations, sourcing quality products, and assisting with the purchasing process.
  3. Product Research: Conducting market research to identify trending products and stay updated with the latest industry developments.
  4. Supplier Management: Collaborating with suppliers, negotiating competitive prices, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  5. Client Satisfaction: Ensuring a seamless shopping experience and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

Digital Marketing Specialist:

  1. Market Research: Conducting market research to analyze target audiences, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior. Providing market insights and strategic recommendations.
  2. Website Optimization: Enhancing website visibility and user experience through keyword research, content optimization, and technical improvements.
  3. Social Media Management: Managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, interacting with audiences, and increasing brand exposure and social media following.
  4. Advertising Management: Creating and managing online advertising campaigns, such as Google Ads and social media ads, optimizing ad performance, improving click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  5. Data Analysis: Tracking and analyzing the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions, and providing reports, feedback, and optimization suggestions to clients.
  6. Client Communication: Maintaining effective communication with clients, understanding their needs and goals, and providing professional advice and solutions.

Requirements:

  1. Personal Shopping Experience: Previous experience as a personal shopper or in a related role, with strong knowledge of market trends and product sourcing.
  2. Digital Marketing Experience: Proficiency in digital marketing practices and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media management, and advertising platforms.
  3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and extract insights to optimize digital marketing campaigns.
  4. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and clients.
  5. Creativity and Innovation: Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing unique digital marketing strategies and solutions.

Work Schedule and Compensation:

This is a part-time position, with a compensation of £25 per task. The specific number of tasks and the schedule can be determined based on company needs.
