We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager of Digital Marketing (E-Banking) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies for our e-banking platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on the financial services industry.

As the Assistant Manager of Digital Marketing (E-Banking), you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and engagement through various digital channels. You will be responsible for managing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing. Additionally, you will be tasked with analyzing and reporting on the performance of these campaigns to optimize results.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing best practices, as well as a solid understanding of the e-banking landscape. You will be a creative and analytical thinker, able to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement on the e-banking platform
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling content for digital marketing campaigns, including blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
  • Manage the execution of A/B tests to improve conversion rates and overall campaign performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the e-banking platform remains competitive in the market
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure a seamless user experience across digital channels
  • Collaborate with external partners, such as advertising agencies and media outlets, to maximize the reach and impact of digital marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
