We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive excellent service. You will serve as a point of contact, providing product and service information, and problem-solving assistance. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including email, phone, and social media
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services
  • Address customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Experience in a customer service or customer-facing role preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed
