As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by resolving inquiries and complaints. You will act as a liaison between our company and our customers, ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate for this position is a quick thinker, a problem-solver, and has previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through active listening and thorough communication.
  • Interact with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
  • Attend training sessions to improve knowledge and performance.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
