You will be the main point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback. Responsibilities

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email and social media platforms.
  • Providing customers with product and service information.
  • Tracking, documenting, and monitoring customer interactions.
  • Processing customer orders and returns.
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborating with other internal departments to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Proactively reaching out to customers for feedback and to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Detail oriented and able to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
