We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints and providing product information to customers in a timely and professional manner. The ideal candidate is a people person who enjoys helping others and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email or in-person
  • Resolve customer complaints in a polite and professional manner
  • Provide product information to customers
  • Process orders, forms, and requests
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Prior experience in customer service or relevant field is preferred.
