We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales inquiries, negotiating and closing deals, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned sales pipeline, meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers
  • Respond to inbound sales inquiries and provide product information, pricing, and availability
  • Close deals and convert prospects into customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Document and maintain a record of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and product developments to effectively sell our offerings

Requirements

  • 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in the technology industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage assigned sales pipeline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
