Responsibilities

  • Initiate and maintain contact with existing and potential customers by making outbound calls and responding to inbound inquiries

  • Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a high level of customer service

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience and success in inside sales or a related field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
