Our growing company is seeking an Office Assistant/Receptionist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to multiple departments within the company, as well as managing the front desk and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage the scheduling of conference rooms and appointments
  • Assist with office supply inventory and orders
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Process and track expenses, invoices, and other financial documents
  • Assist with organizing company events and meetings

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in an office environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to operate office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
