We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our team. As the Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through outbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms. You will play a critical role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, research, and generate leads through targeted outbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms
  • Qualify leads to determine their level of interest in our products and services
  • Set up appointments and demos for Account Executives with interested prospects
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth and effective sales process
  • Conduct follow-up calls and emails to keep prospects engaged with the company
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospects and leads in the CRM

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or Hubspot
  • Highly motivated and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
