We are currently looking for a professional and reliable Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, your primary responsibility will be to maintain a safe and secure environment for all employees and visitors on company property. You will act as a deterrent against theft, vandalism, and other criminal activity, while ensuring that all security protocols are followed in accordance with company policy and regulations.

In this role, you will work closely with other members of our security team to monitor and patrol designated areas, respond to incidents in a timely and professional manner, and maintain accurate records of all security-related activities. You will interact with employees, customers, and vendors on a regular basis, and must be able to maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol designated areas to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Respond to emergency situations in a timely and professional manner
• Identify and report any security-related issues or concerns to the appropriate authorities
• Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities
• Monitor and enforce access control procedures, including visitor identification and employee badges
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Security industry experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
