The Systems Administrator/Developer will be responsible for maintaining and improving the organization's technology infrastructure. This role will work in collaboration with other members of the technology team to ensure that all systems are secure, reliable, and efficient. The ideal candidate will have experience in both systems administration and development, with a strong working knowledge of networking, databases, and programming languages.

Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot network systems, including hardware, software, and VPN connections.
• Develop and maintain custom software applications and integrations.
• Install, configure, and maintain servers, databases, and other infrastructure components.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement security protocols to protect our systems and data.
• Train team members on new software and technology solutions.
• Implement and manage backup and recovery procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems administration and development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of networking and servers, including LAN/WAN configurations, DNS, and VPNs.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Ruby.
• Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
