We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Data Entry LTC Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining data related to long-term care patients. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter patient information into the database system
  • Update patient records with any changes or new information
  • Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues
  • Assist with generating reports and analyzing data trends
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in data entry and keyboarding skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with data entry systems and software is a plus
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home
