Job Description

• Utilize strong knowledge and practical experience with ISO standards, including implementing ISO/IEEE systems (such as ISO 9001, ISO AS9100 Rev D, IEEE 12207,ISO 27001 or DO178B) from the ground up.
• Conduct regular meetings with teams from R&D, V&V, Production, and Quality to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
• Leverage a strong understanding of software development processes and quality management systems to ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the creation, maintenance, and review of all Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documentation to ensure alignment with ISO standards.
• Well versed with the FMEA, Risk management, Problem Solving techniques and Process Improvement tools or best product development and software life cycle processes.
• Self-starter and initiate Quality Improvement programs.
• Should have implemented Quality Improvement Projects in the past.
• Should have experience in handling customers and Third-Party Inspection.
• Serve as a key member during external audits, ensuring the organization meets all necessary certification and regulatory requirements.
• Able to perform action planning, tracking and remediation of gaps and non-conformities.
• Experience in maintaining compliance management information – policies, procedures, management review meetings etc.
• Ability to understand business needs and produce effective business cases to support enhanced certification scope.
• Understand IP; trademark policies.
• Facilitate the review and approval process for documentation, ensuring it meets established quality and compliance criteria

• SKILLS & QUALIFICATION

• Degree or MCA in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Communication/ or equivalent.
• ISO 9001/ AS 9100 Rev D Internal auditor certification from a recognized agency should be a plus.
• 5-6 Years of experience in handling internal & external audits.
• Good exposure to the ISO or IEEE standards.
• Hands on Experience in the technical document writing.
