Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

·      Channel Partner onboarding & training ie conducting & arranging regular Channel Partner Trainings on ideaForge Products, new offerings, USPs, etc

·      Knowledge Management for Partners (Price Lists, Territory Planning, Marketing Material, Latest offerings, Promotional Schemes, etc)

·      Running Channel Partner Marketing Schemes pan India

·      Creating email flyers for channel partners and other relevant content (presentations, etc) as & when required for knowledge dissemination & trainings

·      Owning & managing channel partner related data, projects & events

·      Collaboration with multiple functions (Marketing, Product Management, Finance) to ensure that committed deliverables happen on time

 

·      Ready to take new responsibilities as per the need of the hour

 

 

Qualification & Key Capabilities:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales/event management/content creation. Preferably from event management or content creation industry. Experience of handling technology industry clients would be an added advantage.


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort


  • Strong at negotiations, conflict resolution


  • Should be good at creative writing, Adobe Photoshop or other similar tools

 

  • A team worker with strong experience of collaborating with cross functional teams & driving outcomes thru them well within deadlines


·      Flexible to work in a “start-up” environment where not all systems, processes are completely evolved. Should come up with a system/process wherever required rather than waiting for one to come up.
