Job Description

The Content & Communications Creative Lead (CCCL) will lead the development and execution of our content and communications strategy. This role involves overseeing all creative content initiatives, ensuring consistency in brand voice, and driving engagement across multiple channels. The candidate will also have a strong understanding of content marketing, demand generation, excellent writing skills, and the ability to translate complex product concepts and technology into clear, simple, value selling language to customers to generate demand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative direction, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content and communications strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and brand identity.
  • Lead and mentor a team of content creators, writers, designers, and other related professionals.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content across various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email, video, and print.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with the brand voice, style, and tone guidelines.
  • Develop a strong content marketing strategy to help with demand generation, brand awareness and lead generation. 
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, and executive teams to create cohesive and compelling narratives that support business objectives.
  • Manage the editorial calendar and ensure the timely delivery of content projects.
  • Conduct audience research and analyse content performance metrics to inform and refine content strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep our content and communications fresh and relevant.
  • Develop and manage relationships with external partners, including agencies, freelancers, and other content providers.
  • Lead creative brainstorming sessions and develop innovative content ideas that resonate with our target audience.
  • Oversee the production of multimedia content, including videos, infographics, podcasts, and interactive content.
  • Develop and implement SEO-driven content strategies to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic to the company’s digital platforms.
  • Develop crisis communication strategies and manage public relations efforts as needed.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Engineering or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in content creation, communications, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Good team building, leadership qualities to build and motivate a strong team. 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative content and successful content strategies.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and analytics tools.
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the tech industry.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles.
  • Experience with multimedia content production (e.g., video editing, graphic design, podcast production).
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and strategies.
  • Background in public relations and crisis communications management.
