Job Description

  • Bachelor’s degree in GIS, civil, geography, business or related field.
  • 4+ years of technology sales experience, preferably within Inside Sales.
  • Qualify inbound sales and make outbound calls/emails daily to generate new sales and revenue, focusing on transactional business opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, delivering excellent customer service by listening to needs and recommending tailored ideaForge solutions.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with prospects, track leads, and assess customer interest while managing a consistent sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff for opportunity management, connecting ideaForge''''s value proposition to cold contacts.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality, collaborate on target lists, call strategies, and messaging for demand generation improvement.
  • Stay updated on ideaForge products, industry trends, and best CRM practices to maximize efficiency and deliver superior customer experience.
  • Drone and UAV technology experience is a plus for this role.
