Engineer 1 - Full Stack Developer - MERN

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy full stack

web applications using the MERN stack.

2. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding

standards.

3. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

4. Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability of

applications.

5. Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend new tools and

frameworks to improve development processes.

6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development workflows and

methodologies.

7. Assist in the documentation of technical specifications, requirements, and

system architecture.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, or related field.

2. 2-5 years of experience in software development, preferably in full stack web

development.

3. Strong proficiency in MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack

development.

4. Solid understanding of software engineering concepts such as data structures,

algorithms, and design patterns.

5. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced

environment.

7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
