Experience: 10+ Years


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Aerodynamic Analysis: Conduct aerodynamic simulations and analyses to optimize the drone''s flight performance, stability, and efficiency.
  2. Structural Design: Design and develop drone structures that are lightweight, durable, and capable of withstanding various operating conditions.
  3. CAD/CAM Design: Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed and precise drone components and assemblies.
  4. Material Selection: Evaluate and select appropriate materials for drone components based on performance requirements, cost considerations, and weight constraints.
  5. Prototyping and Testing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build prototypes and conduct rigorous testing to validate designs and make necessary improvements.
  6. Manufacturability: Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure that designs can be effectively produced at scale while meeting quality standards.
  7. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in drone design and engineering processes.
  8. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test reports.
