As a SCRUM Master, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our development teams to achieve their maximum potential while delivering exceptional software solutions. You will combine your technical expertise with your Agile and SCRUM knowledge to ensure the successful execution of projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Agile and SCRUM Mastery: Act as an Agile champion, promoting the adoption of Agile principles and SCRUM practices within the organization. Coach and mentor teams in Agile methodologies, ensuring teams understand and follow Agile ceremonies, roles, and artifacts.
• Project Leadership: Lead SCRUM teams by facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. Ensure that the team is delivering value to customers and meeting sprint commitments.
• Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of web technologies, REST APIs, AWS Cloud, Microservices architecture, React, and Node.js. Use your technical knowledge to facilitate discussions, make informed decisions, and assist with problem-solving.
• Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment where development teams, product owners, and stakeholders work together to achieve common goals. Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and work with teams to implement changes that enhance efficiency and quality. Strive for continuous improvement within the Agile framework.
• Obstacle Removal: Proactively identify and address potential roadblocks or challenges that could hinder the team''s progress. Work with the team to remove obstacles and ensure a smooth development process.
• Metrics and Reporting: Track and report key Agile metrics to monitor team performance and progress. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Masters''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience (4+ years) working as a SCRUM Master in a software development environment.
• Solid technical background in web technologies, REST APIs, AWS Cloud, Microservices, React, and Node.js.
• Certified SCRUM Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications preferred.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and practices, with a proven track record of successful Agile project delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership skills to guide teams and drive successful outcomes.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and find effective solutions.
• Experience with software development lifecycle and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
