Job Description

The Event''s Manager role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of corporate events and promotional activities to enhance the organization''s brand visibility and achieve its strategic objectives. This role involves managing all aspects of event planning, from conceptualization to post-event analysis.


**Key Responsibilities:**


1. **Event Planning:** 

   - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand event objectives and target audience.

   - Develop event concepts, themes, and budgets.

   - Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers.

   - Create detailed event timelines and checklists.

- Create contingency plans in case of any unprecedented circumstances during an event

- Be ready to travel anywhere in the world to successfully execute and plan an event. From Ludhiana to Las Vegas! 


2. **Logistics Management:**

   - Coordinate event logistics, including setup, teardown, and on-site coordination.

   - Oversee catering, audiovisual, and technical requirements.

- Ensuring shipment, storage and pickup of uav demo units. 

- Ensure the supply and storage and reverse logistics of goodie bags

   - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.



3. **Promotion and Marketing:**

   - Assist in developing marketing materials and collateral for events.

   - Utilize digital and traditional channels to promote events.

   - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of promotional efforts.

- Be adept in ideaForge products and applications 


4. **Guest and Participant Management:**

   - Manage guest lists and RSVPs and meeting requests 

   - Provide excellent customer service to event participants.

   - Handle inquiries and special requests.


5. **Budget Management:**

   - Track event expenses and manage budgets effectively.

   - Negotiate cost-effective contracts with vendors.

   - Prepare post-event financial reports.


6. **Post-Event Analysis:**

   - Evaluate the success of events based on predefined KPIs.

   - Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders.

   - Make recommendations for future improvements.

- Follow a strong lead collection and management SOPs 


7. **Team Collaboration:**

   - Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, design, sales, and PR) to align event activities with overall company goals.

   - Supervise and mentor his/her team



**Qualifications:**


- Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience in event planning and execution.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in event management software and tools.

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Creativity and attention to detail.

- Team management and Leadership skills 

- Flair for design and taste for really good branding and collaterals
