Job Description

  • Prepared purchase orders (PO) for all monthly recurring expenses.
  • Responsible for day-to-day Housekeeping operations and facility upkeep.
  • Ensure the availability of household, stationery, and pantry consumables and implement a tracking mechanism for them.
  • Manage and optimize a workforce comprising Housekeeping Attendants, Pantry Boy, and office assistants.
  • Ensure proper arrangements and support during HR and marketing team events.
  • Maintain adequate first aid medicines and upkeep of the Medical Room.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Cafeteria and Pantry.
  • Arrange visitor, guest, and customer visits.
  • Maintain and update site documentation and records.
  • Visitor, Guests, and Customer visit arrangements.
