A, Educational Qualification

  • Bachelors in Aerospace / Mechanical / Electrical and Electronics Engineering/BSc.
  • MBA desirable

B, Desirable

  • Thorough knowledge of sales cycle, especially govt processes (DAP).
  • Good knowledge in MS Office and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with drone technology will be preferred.
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills.
  • Relevant experience having a strong track record in meeting Sales targets in a B2B+B2G technical sales environment.
  • Open to frequent domestic at client locations, exhibitions and trials.
  •  Strong analytical and quantitative business skills.
  • Bachelor’s in aerospace / mechanical / electrical and Electronics Engineering

  • Drones, Technical Documentation, GeM tenders management, Sales, Compliance report Management, Purchase Order Management, Techno-commercial offers, handle trials independently, manage partners.


5. JOB DESCRIPTION/DETAILS 

  • The role involves traveling to various demonstration sites to showcase the company''s solutions, so being open to travel is essential.
  • Work closely with the Business and marketing team for creating documents to meet various requirements.

  • This position is responsible for helping ideaForge Defense build on its competitive advantage in the Indian Drone market.
  • Job will involve selection and identification of accounts and opportunities as per our products and capabilities.
  • He/ She will be responsible for account identification, account management, Sales targets, opportunity building, partner management, billing and revenue, and all actions pertaining and management of sales processes.
  • He/she will also be responsible enhancing ideaForge Defense revenue by undertaking other business development activities.
  • Understand our company profile, products & offerings.
  • Find, evaluate, and qualify opportunities in the segment.
  • Handle sales accounts from seeding to closure on-time.
  •  Carry out post bid record keeping the requirements and dependent activities in mind.
  •  Pitch ideaForge products and solutions suite to potential leads.
  • Schedule & attend meetings with customers across the country to further business.
  • Facilitate product demos on-Customer site to showcase the technical capabilities of the drones.
  •  Generate leads and convert them into opportunities and orders.
  • Participate in exhibitions while representing the company.
