Job Description

Responsible for managing inventory operations including receiving, storing, issuing and tracking materials. The candidate must have hands-on experience using SAP for inventory and store transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming goods and verify with purchase orders.
• Enter all transactions (GRN, stock issue, stock transfer, etc.) into SAP accurately.
• Maintain real-time inventory records using SAP.
• Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage of items.
• Issue materials as per departmental requests using SAP.
• Perform periodic physical stock checks and reconcile with system data.
• Generate inventory reports and share with relevant departments.
• Coordinate with purchase, production, and finance teams for material flow.
• Maintain proper documentation including GRNs, delivery challans, and invoices.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store area.
