Executive / Sr Executive Logistics

Job Description

1. Import and Export Management:

• Manage the import and export of manufacturing components (motors, batteries, sensors, etc.) and finished products to/from international markets.
• Coordinate shipping schedules, routes, and customs procedures to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with international trade laws.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and distributors to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics.

1. Customs and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, trade laws, tariffs, and sanctions in the drone manufacturing industry.
• Prepare, review, and submit accurate documentation for customs clearance, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other required documents.
• Stay updated on international trade regulations, duty rates, and import/export restrictions affecting drone technology.

1. Coordination:

• Collaborate with internal teams ( Sales & Marketing , SCM Finance , R&D ) to manage Scomet Licencing , ETA /WPC licencing
• Coordinate with Government, transport agencies to get work done on time. 

1. Vendor and Supplier Relationships:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics service providers.
• Negotiate favorable terms with freight carriers, customs brokers, and other external partners to reduce costs and improve service delivery.

1. Documentation and Reporting:

• Ensure proper documentation and filing for all imports and exports, maintaining a comprehensive record of transactions for audit purposes.
• Generate regular reports on import/export activities, costs, and any issues affecting the supply chain.
