Role Overview -

The Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day sourcing, procurement, and store operations. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, managing material movement, maintaining records, and assisting in smooth supply chain operations.

Experience - 0 to 2 years

Qualification - Bachelor’s degree (BSc)

Location - KIADB Aerospace Park, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities -

Sourcing & Procurement

• Source required items from local vendors and online marketplaces.
• Coordinate with online and offline suppliers for procurement of materials.
• Support purchase activities such as price comparison, order follow-up, and delivery tracking.
• Ensure timely availability of materials as per operational requirements

Stores & Inventory Support

• Assist in daily store activities including inward and outward movement of materials.
• Maintain proper storage, handling, and identification of items.
• Ensure accurate data entry for material receipts and dispatch.
• Support basic inventory control and stock checking activities.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain daily task sheets and work logs.
• Update procurement and stores records using Excel or ERP systems.
• Assist in maintaining purchase and inventory documentation.

Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with internal teams for material requirements.
• Visit suppliers, warehouses, or job sites as required (2–3 times per week).
• Support continuous improvement in supply chain and store operations.

Key Skills -

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Familiarity with SAP / ERP systems (advantage)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of procurement and inventory processes
• Willingness to travel locally when required
