Job Description
· Develop and maintain training plans, materials, and resources for various courses.
· Create training letters, certificates, and marksheets for participants before and upon successful course completion.
· Compile end-of-course reports, analysing participant feedback and suggesting improvements.
· Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and up-to-date training content.
· Manage ATP (Acceptance Testing Procedure) documentation, ensuring all acceptance documents are accurate and complete.
· Coordinate with relevant teams to obtain necessary sign-offs and approvals.
· Maintain a repository of ATP documents for reference and auditing purposes.
· Manage documentation related to trial and demo activities, capturing key findings and outcomes.
· Collaborate with sales and technical teams to gather feedback and insights from trial and demo sessions.
· Create comprehensive reports on trial and demo results for internal analysis and external communication.
· Data analysis and report generation.
· Inventory Management overview.
