Role 2. Intern L&D

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive L&D Intern to join our HR team at ideaForge. This role will give you hands-on exposure to the learning and development function, working across technical and behavioural trainings for our teams. You will collaborate closely with HR and business stakeholders to support the planning, execution, and tracking of training initiatives across all locations.

Intern's Responsibilities:

The role will involve supporting end-to-end learning management activities — from coordinating training logistics and working with trainers, to managing participant engagement and helping track training effectiveness. You will have the opportunity to work on live L&D projects, contribute creative ideas, and learn the operational side of building a strong learning culture in a fast-growing technology company.


Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to drive tasks to completion.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with various functions.
