Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated RCA (Root Cause Analysis) & Debugging Engineer to investigate electronic hardware failures, identify root causes, and support design improvements. The candidate should have strong debugging skills in embedded electronics, PCB troubleshooting, and test equipment handling.

Key Responsibilities

·       Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for field failures and production issues.

·       Debug PCB assemblies and electronic circuits.

·       Analyze failures related to ESC, Motor Controller, Battery, BMS, Power Electronics, Sensors, and Communication Interfaces.

·       Use DMM, Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, DC Power Supply, and Function Generator.

·       Investigate hardware and firmware issues.

·       Read schematics and PCB layouts.

·       Prepare RCA reports and CAPA.

·       Coordinate with Design, Firmware, Production, Quality, and Testing teams.

·       Maintain failure database and verify fixes.

Educational Qualification

·       B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics or related field.
