Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Legal Intern to join our Legal Team. The role will provide exposure to contract management, digital execution of agreements, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Review and Management
• Assist in contract lifecycle management (CLM) activities, including uploading, tracking, and digital execution of agreements.
• Maintain and update agreement trackers to ensure compliance and timely follow-ups.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries or notes to support the legal team.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments for execution and closure of agreements such as NDA''''s, SLA''''s etc.
• Support the Legal Team in documentation and administrative functions as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Law graduates (LL.B./B.Com. LL.B. or equivalent) preferred.
• Prior exposure or familiarity with CLM tools and their functionality is highly desirable.
• Basic knowledge of contract law, legal drafting, and corporate legal processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail with a proactive and learning-oriented mindset.
• Tenure of internship should be 3 to 6 months (Paid internship)
