Job Description
1. Team Leadership:
Lead and manage Pilots, Key Account Managers and Trainers
Provide training, mentoring and propose team improvements.
Training Excellence and Optimization Strategy wrt Product, Process and People
2. Field Operation Management:
Ensure timely completion of trials, demos, training and ATP/commissioning
Participate in field trials for large deals and ensure alignment with related requirements
Inventory Management
Develop SOPs and best practices for Customer Support and Success
3. Customer Success:
Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Provide product and process feedback/input and ensure mechanisms are in place to relay inputs to development teams
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, R&D, QA and Supply Chain team to achieve success in field operation activities.
Establish and manage relationships with cross-functional teams.
5. International Business:
Manage structure and resources for international field demos, trials and trainings.
Support pilots and manage inventory for international operations.
Qualifications:
BE in Aeronautical Engineering.
7-12 years in Aviation, UAV or Aeronautics.
Proficiency in Power BI and advanced analytical tools for UAV log analysis.
Salary: INR 18-22 Lakhs per annum
