Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
· Driving ideaForge product & DraaS aka Drone as a Service business via partners (Distributors & Resellers including System Integrators, Technology Sales Organizations), managing end-to-end relationship with channel partners
· Help partners grow their business of ideaForge’s products & services by developing joint Business Plans with strategic partners. Identify short and long-term goals and plan execution
· Help partners to build a drone based solutions’ portfolio aligned with market opportunities
· Devising strategy to increase share of wallet of drones & DraaS business in in partner organizations
· Adding new “relevant” channel partners to the existing pool
· Manage multiple programs for partners incl regular trainings, events, etc
· Collaboration with multiple functions to ensure that committed deliverables happen on time
· ABC analysis of partners based on ideaForge business imperatives. Driving more & more partners from C to B and B to A
· Ready to take new responsibilities as per the need of the hour
Qualification & Key Capabilities:
· Flexible to work in a “start-up” environment where not all systems, processes are completely evolved. Should come up with a system/process wherever required rather than waiting for one to come up
