Job Location: New Delhi

JOB DESCRIPTION

● Leads Standards team from IdeaForge for certification of UAVs.

● Derives strategy for Standards/Norms and Guidelines for UAVs.

● Drives best practices for creating documentations for certification of UAVs and golden samples of documents.

● Deep Customer Understanding and collaborate with agencies like DFI, BIS, QCI and DGCA.

● Maintain detailed documentation of Standards, Guidelines, Test Certificates etc to facilitate overall certification processes with government agencies.

● Works closely with cross-functional teams, including Product management, Product marketing, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality management, software engineers, Electronics Engineers, Hardware engineers, Project managers, Sales, Business Development, Marketing to achieve project goals and deadlines.

● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to drone systems to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

SKILLS:

 Bachelor or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical engineering, or a related field.

 Understanding of Test standards and protocols like JSS, MIL, JSG, IS, AS etc.

 Experience with Homologation/Type Certification/Product Compliance etc.

 Knowledge of drone regulations and safety standards.
