Assemble drone frames, motors, propellers, landing gear, and other mechanical components according to detailed work instructions and engineering drawings.
Install and secure electrical wiring, sensors, and other electronics into the drone structure.
Ensure proper alignment, torque, and fastening of mechanical parts using appropriate tools and techniques.
Testing & Troubleshooting:
Perform functional testing of assembled drones to verify operational integrity.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues during the assembly process and after testing.
Collaborate with engineering teams to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical problems.
Quality Assurance:
Inspect all components and assembled parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Document and report any defects or discrepancies found during the assembly process.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
Maintenance & Calibration:
Maintain assembly tools and equipment in good working condition.
Calibrate measurement instruments and ensure they are used correctly during the assembly process.
Perform routine maintenance on assembly jigs and fixtures.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, test results, and any modifications made to the drones.
Follow company procedures for version control and document management.
