Responsible for end to the end recruitment process for relevant positions from sourcing profiles, screening candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, driving negotiations on CTC as per hiring guidelines, and clarifying grade fitment to rolling out offer letters, managing reference checks prior/ post joining and ensuring successful joining of the hire. Understand technology, technical roles, and technical skills.

Maintaining org charts
Responsible for preparing various HR reports on Talent Acquisition, cost per hire, HR monthly reports
Maintain Master (database), Group Mediclaim, and personal records.
Proficient in MS Office Skills (Excel, Presentation, and Document)
