Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for investigating and identifying the underlying causes of issues, defects and problems. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Investigate defects and issues meticulously to identify root causes.
  2. Collaborate with relevant teams for compiling defect-related data, evidence, and information.
  3. Conduct customer visits to expedite issue resolution and implement solutions.
  4. Utilize data analysis tools to scrutinize patterns and trends associated with identified issues.
  5. Interpret data to derive meaningful insights and conclusions.
  6. Maintain comprehensive records of investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
  7. Apply various root cause analysis methodologies (Fishbone diagrams, 5 Whys, Fault Tree Analysis, 7 QC tools).
  8. Provide recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
  9. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives'' development and implementation.
  10. Develop and deliver training sessions on root cause analysis methodologies and best practices.
  11. Generate regular reports on ongoing investigations and the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  12. Conduct flight analysis to identify potential defects, unusual behaviours, and abnormal trends.
  13. Provide constructive feedback to the engineering team, QA team, and stakeholders.
  14. Possess expertise in market analysis related to product features and requirements.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor''s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Diploma in electronics, electronics Engineering, Electronics Hardware, Mechanical Engineering).
  2. Proven experience in root cause analysis or a related field.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Familiarity with various root cause analysis methodologies.
  6. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
