Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, operations, UI/UX designers, and leadership to drive product initiatives from concept to execution.
• Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and set clear goals to deliver impactful product solutions.
• Own product backlog, ensure smooth communication, and provide clear direction to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
• Analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape to drive product improvements and optimizations.
• Communicate product vision, updates, and progress to stakeholders effectively, ensuring all teams are aligned and informed.
• Drive product strategy and execution by understanding customer needs and ensuring solutions meet market demands.

Qualifications:

• 8-15 years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and leadership teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present complex concepts to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
• Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams to design and develop user-centric products.
• Knowledge of AI, robotics, or related fields is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
