Program Manager (UAV)

Job Description

As a Program Manager at ideaForge, you will play a critical role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of our drone programs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Research and Development, Operations, and Marketing, to ensure the successful development, testing, and commercialization of our drone / Aerial Vehicle products. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to established quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Program Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of drone programs, from concept development to commercial launch, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration among various internal teams to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the program lifecycle.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success, considering factors such as technical challenges, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate with department managers to allocate resources effectively, ensuring the availability of personnel, equipment, and budget to support program requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, suppliers, and regulatory agencies, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
• Performance Monitoring: Track program progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate regular reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains, and innovation within the program management function, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
