Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end sales cycle for FLYGHT Services – from lead generation, qualification, POC/demo setup, to deal closure and onboarding
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in State Police, Municipal Corporations, SEZs, Expressway Authorities, PSUs, and large private industrial clients
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet assigned revenue targets
  • Collaborate with partner ecosystem and internal operations to deliver seamless POC/pilot programs and customer onboarding
  • Draft techno-commercial proposals, SLAs, and pricing models suited to customer need and policy frameworks
  • Maintain high CRM hygiene and ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and closure reporting
  • Provide field feedback to Product and Operations for service optimization and new use-case development
  • Represent ideaForge at key government, smart city, drone policy, and industry events in the region


Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology, Business Administration, or relevant field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 5–10 years of B2G/B2B field sales experience in South India
  • Proven success in selling services/technology solutions to government departments (Police, Urban Development, Transport, etc.) or industrial clients
  • Familiarity with RFP-driven sales cycles, public procurement processes (GEM, CPPP, GFR norms), and Drone as a Service or AMC-style models is highly preferred
  • Past exposure to smart city, GIS/mapping, IoT/surveillance, or security technology solutions is a strong advantage
