Sr Software Lead

Job Description

As a Sw Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of the software application lifecycle, from conception to deployment and beyond. Your primary focus will be on managing the Product Ownership, UI/UX design, development, testing, release, and marketing of the product. You will lead a team of dedicated resources and work closely with stakeholders to ensure that our software exceeds expectations and drives success in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Full Stack Ownership: Take complete ownership of the software application, including its architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
2. UI/UX Management: Collaborate with designers and developers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
3. Resource Management: Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, developers, and testers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
4. Development Oversight: Ensure that development tasks are completed on time and according to specifications, while maintaining code quality and adherence to best practices.
5. Testing Coordination: Coordinate comprehensive testing efforts, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to identify and address any issues before release.
6. Release Management: Manage the release process, including version control, deployment strategies, and post-release monitoring and support.
7. Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting the software application, including creating marketing materials, conducting market research, and analyzing user feedback.
8. Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve the software application based on user feedback, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
