Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electrical Technician to support the assembly, installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical systems in drone assemblies. The ideal candidate will ensure that all wiring, connections, and electrical components meet quality standards and perform optimally. This role is vital in ensuring the functionality and reliability of our UAV''s.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Wiring and Assembly:

• Perform precise wiring and electrical assembly of drone components, including motors, sensors, controllers, and batteries.

1. Installation and Integration:

• Connect and integrate electrical systems with mechanical and electronic components of the drone.
• Ensure proper grounding, insulation, and adherence to safety standards.

1. Testing and Troubleshooting:

• Conduct tests on electrical systems to verify functionality and identify potential issues.
• Diagnose and resolve problems related to electrical wiring, connections, or components.

1. Quality Assurance:

• Inspect and verify the quality of electrical installations, ensuring compliance with industry and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work and test results.

1. Maintenance and Upgrades:

• Perform routine maintenance on electrical components of drones.
• Assist in implementing upgrades and modifications to improve performance.

1. Collaboration and Reporting:

• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
• Provide detailed reports on completed tasks, issues encountered, and suggested improvements.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Skilled in using tools such as crimpers, soldering irons, multimeters, and oscilloscopes.
• Familiarity with low-voltage DC systems and battery-powered devices.
• Knowledge of UAV components, such as flight controllers, ESCs, and GPS modules, is advantageous.
