Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Technician to assist in the assembly, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems for drone assemblies. The ideal candidate will ensure that all structural components are correctly fitted, functioning, and meet design specifications. This role is essential in delivering high-quality, reliable drones for various applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Mechanical Assembly:

• Assemble mechanical components and subsystems of drones, including frames, motors, propellers, landing gear, and payloads.
• Follow technical drawings, blueprints, and assembly instructions to ensure precision and accuracy.

1. Installation and Fitting:

• Fit and secure parts, ensuring proper alignment, torque specifications, and fastening integrity.
• Integrate mechanical components with electrical and electronic systems as required.

1. Testing and Calibration:

• Conduct tests on mechanical systems to verify functionality, durability, and balance.
• Calibrate moving parts, such as propellers and gimbals, to ensure optimal performance.

1. Maintenance and Repairs:

• Perform routine maintenance on mechanical components to prevent wear and tear.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical failures or damage, ensuring operational safety and efficiency.
