Updating in hardware components
Work experience on doing de-soldering, soldering operation of electronic
components and circuit boards.
Able to do the debug activities in UAV assembly with basic checks and circuit
Maintain & follow Work Instruction sheet provided by the OEM for the sub-
systems and complete system
Knowledge on handling electrical/mechanical test equipment’s like multimeter,
vernier, drill machine, revert tool etc.
Knowledge on safe handling practice for electronic handling, ESD safety, etc.
Familiar using manual crimping tool & adjusting its settings.
Maintain the record of all the tooling/equipment’s and stock of spares at Service
Collaborate with R&D debug specialist for resolution any issues faced in
hardware components or software and drive till conclusion.
Initiate training with QA team for Solution implementation (provided by R&D) on
field and further train the field support team online/offline.
Material management – Quarterly forecast of servicing material for maintenance.
Material requisition & record keeping. On time scrap disposal as per OEM
Collaborate with QA debug/Programming specialist for resolution of issues faced
in UAV and drive till conclusion.
Lead the training activities for new technician and conduct on the job training.
Maintain and drive aggressive “5S” & Safety @ work.
Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Email communication with internal stakeholders and external customers on repair
Phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
Previous experience in a customer support role.
Field visits for carrying out Preventative & Corrective maintenance. Travel time
