UAV / Drone - Pilot and service technician

Job Description

Qualification – Engineering Graduate

Experience as Drone Pilot – 2- 5 years in Texas, USA

Compensation - $50K - $60K per Annum

Location – Texas USA (the candidate should have work permit for USA)

Travel Requirement - 50% - 75%

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understanding of a UAV system
2. Operate drones for demonstration to customers & train partners.
3. Good troubleshooting and analyzing skills to solve problems. Identify issues and find root cause for them.
4. Create root cause analysis reports and log them as per the requirements in Microsoft Office tools.
5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
6. Customer support and ability to manage complaints
7. Logistics management for Demos
8. Battery management (storage & charging)
9. Manage logistics for drone demonstrations & inbound shipments
10. Must have Part 107 License to operate Drones
