Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CSR strategies to enhance the company's reputation and commitment to social and environmental responsibility.
• Collaborate with internal departments to identify and execute CSR initiatives that align with company values and business objectives.
• Manage all aspects of CSR programs, including budgeting, event planning, community partnerships, and employee engagement activities.
• Monitor and report on the progress and impact of CSR initiatives to stakeholders.
• Develop and execute internal communications plans and strategies.
• Manage all internal communication channels, such as newsletters, intranet, and internal social media platforms.
• Create and distribute internal communications content, including company announcements, updates, and employee recognition.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in corporate social responsibility and internal communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on the impact of CSR initiatives.
• Knowledge of current CSR trends and best practices.
• Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Office suite and intranet software.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
