Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced data analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques to analyze large and complex datasets
• Develop and implement algorithms and models to solve business problems and predict trends using programming languages such as Python or R
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide data-driven insights and recommendations
• Design and build data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate complex analyses to stakeholders
• Identify and clean data quality issues, and develop strategies to improve data accuracy and reliability
• Stay up-to-date with the latest data science and machine learning techniques and technologies, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree or PhD preferred
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role, with a track record of applying statistical and machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R, and experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, or TensorFlow
• Proficiency in working with large datasets and SQL
• Solid understanding of statistical modeling techniques, data mining, and exploratory data analysis
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to independently research and propose innovative solutions
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings and concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
